I guess Hurricane Isaac blew me into Walmart I was looking for a cheap pair of socks to make a sock bun (click here on how to  make a sock bun) and I figured I could find one in Walmart. While I was checking in the clearance section I stumbled upon these Hanes Hipsters for $1.00. I had to look twice because I couldn't believe the price. Needless to say I scanned them and they were indeed $1.00.

Winn Dixie has Oral B Glide Floss on clearance for $.99 each. When paired with $.75/1 Oral B Floss coupon found in the August P&G insert the final price is only $.24 each. Great deal! I found these today at the Winn Dixie located on 57th Ave and 183rd street in Hialeah/Miami Gardens. There were A LOT on the clearance table.

In the Publix Green Advantage Buy Flyer there is a store coupon for $1.00 off Colgate Manual or Power Toothbrush or Wisp 4 ct; when the coupon is stacked with the $1.50 off two (2) Cologate toothbrush coupon from the "Set Them Up for Success" booklet the toothbrush will only cost $.04.

10lbs of Salmon for $43.00

Left Side

Penn Dutch had a sale on whole Alaska Wild salmon for $3.99/lb. This salmon was a little over 11lbs so I paid $43. 

Right Side

I wouldn't normally buy a whole salmon, but this deal was too good to pass up. I had them de-bone and filet the salmon. When I got home I cut it to my liking and individually wrapped the pieces.

Ready for Freezing

In comparison to 4lbs of salmon for $8.99 /lb ($35) that I paid for at Whole Foods two weeks ago this is a GREAT deal!!!
