For all the hair Naturalistas out there that love Shea Moisture like myself  you will be glad to hear that there is a $1.00 off any ONE (1) Shea Moisture Hair or Body product (excludes bar soaps) coupon available on coupons.com. I was at the  World Natural Hair Show last weekend and they were one of the vendors that had the longest lines on Saturday. So I know that this is a popular brand for Naturalistas. This line has really kept my hair moisturized and smelling wonderful.

Here are some of the retailers that sell the Shea Moisture line: CVS, Target, Walmart, Bed, Bath & Beyond to name a few. Also check your local beauty supply stores many of whom may sell the product. If you are a die hard fan of this product like I am, price match (if in the store flyer) at one of the retailers above and get a bigger discount. A local store in my area, Miami Gardens, had the entire line on sale for $4.99 last month, unfortunately too late for this coupon to be used. Oh well!

PS Walgreens has had this line on BOGO (buy one get one) sale several times this year. They have also had store coupons for the Shea Moisture line, which when paired with the manufacturer coupon will yield a bigger discount. The holidays are close so who knows what AWESOME deals we will find!

$1.00 off Softcup Coupon

Regular SoftCup and the New Reusable SoftCup

In Honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month  Softcup is offering $1 off a 14-count box coupon through November 30, 2012. The coupon expires on 12/31/12. 

If you use softcups like I do you know that this coupon is as rare as it gets. The 14-count box go for around $8.99, so this is a welcome relief. They now have the reusable softcups , which will really save me a lot of money, these cost around $6.99 for two. Hopefully this means there will be a sale or two in the future.

If you have never heard of Softcups lets just say it something to look into. I was never keen on using tampons, but Softcups are so convenient that tampons are a thing of the past to me. With softcups I don't have a fear of getting toxic shock syndrome, I don't have the need to "change" them all day and I don't have the fear of  "smell" because everything is in a cup. Now it can get messy, but overall I rather use these than tampons or pads. Just my personal unsolicited opinion!

I am preparing to make coconut oil and coconut milk today and needed cheese cloth. I bought two at Publix for $3.99 each and then I stopped at Winn Dixie and lo and behold the SAME cheese cloth is in on clearance for $.37 each. YUP $.37 each. I couldn't believe. Guess i'll beheading back to Publix to get a refund. Just a heads up if you are in need and do find them at the $.37 price  watch the register because they rang up at 50% off, but the tag says other wise. The manager wasn't keen on giving me the price on the package, but I informed her that I did not put the price on the package and the price on the package is what I am going to pay.
